Description

  • Vacuum Arc Remelted (VAR) ingots that are 9 inch in diameter

  • Radial forging of the ingot into a 4 inch diameter rod

  • Forging to be performed between 2100 – 1700 °F

  • Sectioning of the final forged rod into 5 equal sections

  • Annealing the final forged and cut rod at 12500 °F

  • Shipping to Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005
