Description

This is a Notice of Intent to Sole Source only. This notice does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ), Invitation for Bid (IFB), or Request for Proposal (RFP), nor does it commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. The Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice.



A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. However, if a competitive solicitation is subsequently released, it will be synopsized on the Governmentwide Point of Entry (GPE) at www.sam.gov.



Summary of Requirement: This requirement is a follow-on services contract to provide comprehensive software maintenance and technical support for the Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC) Rauland Borg R5 Nurse Call System. The contractor will provide all software updates, 24/7/365 telephonic and onsite technical support for the Nurse Call Servers.
