Notice of Intent to Sole source - Monaco Enterprises Inc. - PMI Services

The 22nd Contracting Squadron - McConnell AFB, KS, 67221 on behalf of the 22nd Air Refueling Wing intents to award a firm fixed price contract under RFO Part 6.103-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to Monaco Enterprises Inc. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Monaco Enterprises, based at 14820 E Sprague AVE, Spokane Valley, Washington 99216-2149. The anticipated award date is on or before 30 July 2026.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 561621 and the size standard is $25M.

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. No solicitation document is available for this requirement. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by sending responses regarding this requirement to the 22nd Contracting Squadron via email ONLY to artasia.howard@us.af.mil and sugeys.allen.1@us.af.mil no later than 26 June 2026 by 7:00 AM CST. The U.S. government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this Notice. All costs associated with responding to this Notice will be solely at the expense of the interested party.
