Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract for The LIFT System in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul 12.102 Restricting competition.



The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management intends to award a sole source contract to Forensic Photonics LLC, 2829 Bridgeway Unit 202A, Sausalito, California 94965.



In accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul 5.101 Presolicitation notice, actions expected to be greater than $20,000, post a presolicitation notice to the Government Point of Entry (GPE) with the following information.
