1. Introduction

1.1. Summary

The City of Plant City intends to use Environmental Dynamic International, as they are the sole authorized representative for EDI diffusers products in the State of Florida, as a sole source. The purpose of this Notice of Intent is to verify with the vendor community that there are no other viable vendors that can provide EDI diffusers. No further action is required if a vendor agrees. A vendor should submit a response to this Notice of Intent only if they disagree.
