Notice of Intent to Sole Source – Inside Mortgage Finance Publication

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), hereby gives notice of the intent to award a firm fixed price contract to Inside Mortgage Finance Publications, 7910 Woodmont Avenue, Bethesda, Maryland 20814. on a sole source basis utilizing FAR 13.5, Simplified Acquisition for Certain Commercial Items procedures in accordance with 41 USC 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

This requirement is for Inside Mortgage Finance Publications subscription. This subscription covers regulatory, political, legislative, and market issues in the residential mortgage business. It contains an array of mortgage industry statistics and exclusive quarterly rankings of top originators and servicers. It also provides coverage of the GSEs, private mortgage insurers, predatory lending and RESPA, as well as congressional and regulatory actions affecting the industry.

Period of Performance: 01/08/2026 through 01/07/2027, plus four (4) option periods

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quote; a solicitation document will not be issued. All information received by requested date with pricing and sufficient technical documentation to establish a bona fide capability to meet the requirement will be considered by the OCC. A determination not to compete this proposed contract action based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the OCC. Information received will be considered primarily for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
