General work description: The City of Plant City's Police Department intends to purchase Sharp Performance, an app-based coaching and wellness platform designed specifically for first responders. The program provides officers and dispatchers with on-demand access to mental health and wellness resources, performance coaching and resilience tools. The app is confidential and designed to help officers manage stress, improve performance and maintain overall well-being. Sharp Performance believes this to be a sole source purchase. Any vendor that agrees with the sole source does not need to take any action. Any vendor that disagrees to the sole source may respond to this NOI to object it being a sole source.
