Notice of Intent to Sole Source Meteor Lighting Fixtures

This is not a Request for Proposal, and no solicitation is available. The City’s Police Department intends to purchase Meteor Lighting Fixtures, these fixtures are compatible with the current dimming system. The City plans to negotiate and award a contract to a single source under the authority of, and in accordance with, Florida Statute 287.057(3)(c). Any responses received as a result of this Notice of Intent will be considered solely to determine whether a competitive procurement process is warranted. Responses will not be treated as proposals, bids, or quotes.
