Notice of Intent to Sole Source Magnetic Flow Meter Systems, Transmitter, Sensors

This is not a Request for Proposal, and no solicitation is available. The City's Utilities Department intends to utilize Fluid Control Specialties to purchase various equipment that is the only brand compatible with the current operating system. The City plans to negotiate and award a contract to a single source under the authority of, and in accordance with, Florida Statute 287.057(3)(c). Any responses received as a result of this Notice of Intent will be considered solely to determine whether a competitive procurement process is warranted. Responses will not be treated as proposals, bids, or quotes.
