This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available based on the capabilities of the source. This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for quote (RFQ).
