The requirement is for crystal electronic oscillators (electronic oscillator circuits that use a piezoelectric crystal as a frequency-selective element) in support of the Minuteman Minimum Essential Emergency Communications Network (MEECN) Materials and Manufacturing Processes - Very Low Frequency Terminal (MMP-VT) effort.
