Notice of Intent to Sole Source for DILO SF6 Gas Cart Training

The Western Area Power Administration Sierra Nevada Region Folsom, CA, intends to negotiate with DILO Incorporated on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) – Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to procure materials, supplies, tools, labor, management, supervision, and travel, required deliver Supply three (3) commercial grade automated methyl anthranilate (MA) foggers/ hazers suitable for outdoor use in an

exposed substation site equipment (please see specifications attached).

The NAICS code is 611519 Other Technical and Trade Schools with a small business size standard of $21M.

Interested parties that believe they could satisfy the requirements listed above for WAPA may clearly and unambiguously identify their capability to do so in writing on or before the response date for this notice. This notice of intent is not a solicitation. Information submitted in response to this notice will be used solely to determine whether competitive procedures could be used for this acquisition.
