SPECIAL NOTICE



This is a Notice of Intent to award a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures, specifically FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), which permits solicitation from a single source when it is determined to be in the best interest of the Government.



NAICS Code is: 333415 Air-Conditioning and Warm Air Heating Equipment



Pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) "soliciting from a single source", the 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, SD, intends a sole source contract of two (2) Modified Compressors for TLD ACU 808 Units to Kampi Components., Inc. 88 Canal Road, Fairless Hills, PA 19030.



This special notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes.
