The National Instutiues of Health intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the autihority of FAR 3.106-3(b)(3)(i).

The Comparative Medicine Branch (CMB) of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in support of the NIAID Division of Intramural Research (DIR) programs’ is responsible for the management and consummation of the non-human primate research projects at the NIH Animal Center and intends to solicit and negotiate with Center Point Bio-Tech, 7881 W. Charleston Blvd, Suite 250, Las Vegas NV 89117 for (1) CPBio AlPhaTrio, (1) CPBIO HemaCyte, (1) CPBIO ImmunoWave, (1) CPBio AlphaView (1) CPBio ColorSpot2, (1) CPBio Necleus, (1) .

This notice of intenet is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any responsbiel source who belives it is capable of meeting the requirmene tmay submit a coapablity statement, proposal or quotation which shall be consdiered by the agency only if recieved by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
