The U. S. International Trade Commission anticipates award of a Purchase Order on a sole source basis to to Economic System Inc., 3120 Fairview Park Dr, Ste 500, Falls Church, VA 22042, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

The USITC anticipates award of a Purchase Order on a sole source basis to Economic Systems, Inc., a small business, for an annual subscription to its proprietary product FedHR Navigator Retirement Calculator software, its FEDRAMP-compliant retirement and benefits software module. The Commission’s Office of Human Resources requires this software to calculate retirement estimates, calculate deposit amounts due, calculate service computation dates, and prepare the necessary forms required in retirement packages sent to the Office of Personnel Management.

The period of performance is a Base Year: October 1, 2025 – September 30, 2026. This will include one base year and four one-year option years.

This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this announcement is for informational purposes only. However, any information received within five days after the posting date of this notice will be considered by the Government.
