Notice of Intent to Sole Source Rees Temperature Monitoring Equipment and Services

All equipment and services for the purpose of expanding Z-3 Zigbee and 5-G Wi-Fi clinical temperature and humidity monitoring capabilities across the VA North Texas Healthcare System (VANTHCS) including Dallas VA Medical Center, Sam Rayburn Memorial Veterans Center (Bonham, TX), Tyler VA Primary Care Clinic, Fort Worth Outpatient Clinic, and Garland VA Medical Center. This equipment is needed for clinical staff across departments of Nursing, Nutrition & Food Service, Pharmacy, Research, Lab, and Sterile Processing to ensure medications, patient nutrition, lab samples and supplies are stored in environments with adequate temperature and humidity conditions in compliance with TJC Standards.
