Notice of Intent to Sole Source - HC-130J Engine Truss Mount Hardware

This notice serves to inform the public of the Government's intent to award a sole source contract in accordance with FAR 5.201(b)(1)(i). This announcement is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a request for competitive proposals; therefore, no solicitation document is available for this requirement. While responses to this notice of intent to sole source are not anticipated, interested parties who believe they can fulfill the requirements are encouraged to submit comprehensive information in writing, detailing their capability to provide the specified supply. In accordance with FAR 5.203(a)(1), submissions must be received by 4:30 pm MDT on 15 May 2025.

The Government reserves the right to make a determination not to compete this requirement based on the responses received. Any information submitted will be evaluated solely to assess the feasibility of conducting a competitive procurement.

355 CONS intends to award a sole source contract for the procurement of the following items:

• 4 x Support Fitting (Part #3337832-2)


• 4 x Panel Support (Part #3337833-2)

These items are required per Technical Assistance Report (TAR) Control Number 2025-02127 Part 2, in accordance with engineering disposition. The Support Fittings and Panel Supports are unique to the HC-130J aircraft.
