Notice of Intent to Solicit From a Single Source

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs (ICE) Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ) Irving, TX 75063, intends to solicit from a single source under the authority of FAR 8.405-6 to Deloitte Consulting, LLP, at 1919 North Lynn Street, Arlington, VA 22209, for Know2Protect Campaign Support Services to Combat Online CSEA. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 8.4, Federal Supplies Schedules. The Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. The Government has a continuing need for the support services while a Competition in Contracting Act (CICA) stay has been executed under a timely protest after award of 70CMSD25FR0000022. The current contract was issued a stop-work order, and the Government intends to issue an interim Task Order for continuity in services from award 70RDAD22FC0000123. This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for quotation. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government Contracting Officer.
