This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201. The purpose of this

is to announce the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a

The Government intends to negotiate solely with A&J Manufacturing Company. under the
authority of
FAR 13.106-1(b), Only one source capable of meeting the Government's requirement.
FAR Part
13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial items,
applies. The applicable NAICS Code is 332312 and the business size standard is 500(# of
employees).
This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source
believing
that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a quote which may be considered by the
Government. Comments, questions or concerns regarding this notice may be submitted
via e-mail
ONLY to joseph.s.bancod.civ@us.navy.mil by 27TH March 2025, 05:00 AM Pacific Time
(PT).
All responses received before this date may be considered by the Government for the
purpose of determining
whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not
to
compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the
discretion of the
Government.
