Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Bridge Contract Urinalysis Testing Fort Meade MD

This bridge contract will be for clinical urinalysis analyzers with Laboratory Information System (LIS) connectivity, and equipment maintenance for the Department of Laboratory Services at the two Fort George G. Meade U.S. Army Medical Department Activity (MEDDAC) Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD and Fort George G. Meade, MD locations. This bridge contrat will allow continued service of clinical urinalysis analyzers starting 01 April 2025 and will allow time to solicit, award, field, validate and operationalize a long-term contract. This requirement is for contractor owned pieces of equipment as well as the supplies and reagents necessary to conduct tests where the Government pays for the reagents and the supplies. The cost of the reagents and the supplies includes all personnel, equipment, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, training, and other items and services necessary to perform tests using the Urinalysis Analyzers.
