Intent to sole source requirement for a supply purchase order of four (4) Dynamic Arms, eight (8) Electrical Cables w/Straight Plugs, four (4) Electric wrist rotator cuffs, four (4) Otto Bock Bebionic hands, four (4) Donning sheath easy fit arms and one (1) Alignment Aid and associated parts that cannot be fabricated in house for an inbound SecDes patient.
