Notice of Intent to Sole Source - 100% Completed Design - WY ANG Flightline Fence

153rd Wyoming ANG Contracting in Cheyenne, WY hereby gives notice of its INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT to MC2 Engineering for procurement to provide a 100% design based off their current 95% completed design.

All materials, labor, tools, and transportation needed to furnish the following:

CLIN 0001 - 100% completed design – 1 Job

This requirement is conducted under FAR 6.301-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy the Requirement.

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement action to MC2 Engineering. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE OR PROPOSAL. The Government has a need for MC2 Engineering to provide a completed 100% design continued from their completed 95% design for the Wyoming Air National Guard.

Period of Performance: 90 days ADC

Therefore, MC2 Engineering is the only known company that can satisfy the Government’s requirement.

Interested parties must provide rationale as to why they should be considered. All interested firms must respond by Wednesday, 15 Jan 2025, 10:00pm MST to MSgt Chris Davalos, Christopher.davalos.1@us.af.mil and MSgt Kris Kahle, kristopher.kahle@us.af.mil.. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. 153rd WY ANG Contracting will not reimburse for any costs connected with providing the capability information.
