Description

Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLCSD) intends to award a firm fixed price contract to Elsevier Inc. 230 Park Ave FL 8, New York, New York 10169-0929. Under the authority of FAR 13.106 (1) only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The requirement is for the ScienceDirect subscription. This requirement is for Naval Postgraduate School Dudley Knox Library. ScienceDirect is currently provided by Elsevier.



The ScienceDirect subscription is a large aggregator of peer-reviewed scientific, technical, and medical research published by Elsevier. This subscription strengthens the teaching and research capabilities at the Naval Postgraduate School in engineering and the applied sciences. The anticipated award date of this action is on or before 31 Dec 2024. The applicable NAICS code is 513120.
