Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source to Infinite Electronics International, Inc. Fairview
Microwave Brand. This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201 Naval
Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed price
purchase order on a non-competitive basis to Infinite Electronics International, Inc.
Fairview Microwave Brand, 17792 FITCH, IRVINE, CA 92614. The requirement is for the
purchase of the following:

The Government intends to negotiate solely with Infinite Electronics International, Inc.
Fairview Microwave Brand under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), only one source
capable of meeting the Government's requirement. FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition
Procedures, and FAR part 12, Acquisition of Commercial items, apply. The applicable
NAICS Code NAICS Code 335999, All Other Miscellaneous Electrical Equipment and
Component Manufacturing and the size standard is 500 Employees. This notice is not a
request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can
fulfill the requirement may submit a quote which may be considered by the Government.

Comments, questions or concerns regarding this notice may be submitted via e-mail
ONLY to jon.p.ventura2.civ@us.navy.mil by 9 December 2024, 14:00pm Pacific Time
(PT). All responses received before this date may be considered by the Government for
the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A
determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon
responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
