NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE ADVANCE MADICAL OF NAPLES

Description of Intended Products or Services Provided:

The Provider shall provide Medical Director Services for the Collier County Occupational Health Program as may be required by the Collier County Manager's Agency.

The Provider shall conduct comprehensive pre-employment physicals and drug Testing as needed to benefit Collier County.

Advance Medical offers the BCC occupational health services we need to maintain a safe and healthy workforce. Those services include evaluations of designated post job offers, active employee physical evaluations and required drug testing, preventive services and treatment. Occupational health providers also help the BCC to maintain compliance with Federal, State and Local occupational safety and health regulations and workers’ compensation law.
