Removal and live harvest of honeybees. Removal and live harvest are required unless extermination is mandatory by FL State and Federal law, poses a threat, or does not facilitate safe removal. For honeybee removal in meter boxes, only use of food grade chemicals can be used.

Background

Prevents the potential for bees to swarm at residential and commercial properties. Allows Technicians to safely complete their assigned work to obtain meter reads for billing purposes and annual compliance with valve maintenance.
