Notice of Intent to Sole Source

This is a notice of intent to issue a sole source purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures for signal analyzer and calibration original manufacturer-built component is the only company with the necessary knowledge, experience and research/testing to meet equipment operational standard specific add-ons and functionality required with proven compatibility and workout on very old test equipment station for use at McAlester Army Ammunition Plant. As original manufacturer Keysight Technologies Inc technicians have the expertise to perform the required work to meet compatibility and compliance restrictions. Any purchase order will be awarded under 'other than full and open competition' as authorized by FAR 6.302-1.

This is not a request for offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct future competitive procurements for this item.
