Summary
Description of Intended Products or Services Provided:
Operative IQ is an inventory asset management system designed to track medical supply inventory and other assets. The system offers efficiencies limiting the waste of stock due to expiration dates and overstocking. The system is interactive with similar platforms allowing greater integration and expansion of services. Operative IQ facilitates inventory management by connecting the central supply room, field inventory management platform, purchase orders, tracking of received and dispensed items, and customization of restocking services. In addition, key features include electronic vehicle and station check sheets, the capture of supply usage for vehicles, tracking, and verification of medical supply expiration dates and lot and batch numbers, customizable inspection questionnaires, automatic purchase order recommendations, asset management inclusive of document storage, maintenance scheduling and associated records, integrated fleet repair requests, fleet maintenance tracking, controlled substance chain of custody
logs and record keeping, with a powerful reporting engine capable of both generic and customized reports. The purchase will include training for staff on the Operative IQ inventory asset management system.
The EMS/EM division has been utilizing the software for 8-9 years. During this period, the division has invested significant resources in establishing a robust database to support day-to-day operations. In addition, because of the extended standing use of the Operative IQ field, logistics personnel have intuitively grown proficient with the software. Notwithstanding, the division evaluated similar products to ensure operational applicability, and the best value remained the project's drivers after considering Schedule2.IT, Vector Check It, and ESO Inventory Management System, it remains evident Operative IQ offers the division and potentially interested divisions the best value and room
for growth.
