Description of Intended Products or Services Provided:

Factory-authorized parts, services, and accessories to maintain and repair ambulances and other public safety-related vehicles owned and operated by Collier County BOCC. Some items may require freight charges due to size or weight. Factory-authorized repair services—including transportation, re-mounting /refurbishing services, and collision repairs—beyond the fleet’s internal capabilities. Warranty repairs that may require partial payment for non-covered miscellaneous items. Software updates and control system programming for the on-board control modules for the the Horton ambulance body, emergency lighting, and other body configurations and control systems.

The County’s entire fleet of ambulances is manufactured by Horton. Factory-authorized parts and services are required for warranty compliance and to maintain the units in a safe, mission-ready condition. ETR Vehicles LLC in Sanford, Florida, is the exclusive dealer and local distributor for Horton Ambulance vehicles in the State of Florida.
