Professional valuation services for County owned buildings, to update insurable values and the structures' Construction, Occupancy, Protection, and Exposure (COPE) data.

AssetWorks Risk Management Inc. is the exclusive developer and sole provider of the AMP Property Risk Management software application. This proprietary technology enables the vendor to update data directly within its system, allowing the County's insurance broker to access real-time information and manipulate the data for export in various file formats. The data will also become part of each building records.

Accurate building values provide reliable data for insurance coverage, help inform risk management decisions, and can be critical when negotiating premiums or filing insurance claims. It supports budgeting and planning for future projects and ensures compliance with the insurance-to-value provisions of the property policies.
