This purchase is to provide support or upgrades for the LABWORKS Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) software used within the Collier County Water, Wastewater and Pollution Control Laboratories which includes software updates, upgrade kit, license and subscriptions, installation, setup, documentation updates, 800 support number, telephone help desk, email support, remote sessions, access to training tools.



Background

The database is used to store and report water quality data for the County's Water, Wastewater, and Pollution Control laboratories. The purpose of this purchase is to receive technical support, email support, phone support, software updates, documentation, training and access to the LABWORKS software. These items are considered essential for the performance of LABWORKS LIMS software.

Labworks, LLC is the developer and sole distributor of LABWORKS LIMS software. The company does not have any distributors or resellers due to the complex nature of the product. They are the single source of LABWORKS LIMS software, upgrades, instrument interfaces, support, training, and services.
