Description of Intended Products or Services Provided:

WebEOC Hosted services subscription, Maintenance and Performance updates. WebEOC is the web-based solution for the sharing of critical information during major emergencies/disasters in Collier County and also allows for the brokering and documenting of critical resource needs. There are various other day-to-day and emergency purposes that WebEOC is also used for as well. ESi is the developer and licensor of this product (WebEOC) and the proprietary entity that can provide updates and certain features, as well as address major software errors and defects.

The intent is to ensure that the WebEOC instance is maintained and kept up to date to meet the needs of the County. Without this, WebEOC cannot be updated, particularly if there are critical issues or failures within the application.
