NOTICE OF INTENT TO SINGLE SOURCE LEATHERS & ASSOCIATES, INC.

Description of Intended Products or Services Provided:

Manufacturer Approved Playground Parts: New or replacement parts for existing Leathers & Associates, Inc. playground equipment at Big Corkscrew Island Regional Park, located at 810 39th Ave NE, Naples, FL 34120 . This includes items like slides, swings, climbing structures, safety surfaces, connectors, fasteners, and other necessary parts for safety and/or appearance.

Labor & Repair: All labor necessary for the removal of damaged or outdated components and the installation of new or replacement parts. This includes skilled labor for assembly, anchoring, and safety inspections.

Travel Expenses: Reimbursement for travel-related costs incurred by contractors or technicians traveling to and from Big Corkscrew Island Regional Park for the purpose of performing the above services.

Freight/Shipping: Reimbursement for freight/shipping costs associated with delivery of the equipment, parts, and/or supplies for Big Corkscrew Island Regional Park playground.

The playground at Big Corkscrew Island Regional Park is a custom build playground by Leathers & Associates, Inc. To ensure the longevity of the playground facility and the safety of its users, regular maintenance and timely repairs are essential. The playground serves hundreds of park patrons each day. In addition to normal wear and tear, is vulnerable to vandalism and other forms of damage. Replacing worn or broken components is necessary to keep the facility safe, operational, and accessible to the public, while also helping to prevent future safety concerns. Using components from other manufacturers could create safety risks, as incompatible parts may malfunction or fail to meet required standards.
