The 5th Contracting Squadron, Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota intends to award a firm fixed price, single source supply contract to Northwest Projector Inc. for their closed-circuit television (CCTV) equipment and programming. The new system shall be compatible with the established CCTV system and shall operate on the same encrypted frequency. This commercial purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 13.106-1(b).

This is a notice of the intent to award a single source contract in accordance with FAR 5.201(b)(1) (i). It is published for information purpose only and is not a request for competitive quotations; therefore, no solicitation document exists for this requirement. No responses to this notice of intent to single source are anticipated; however, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the supply listed. In accordance with FAR 5.203(a)(1), the deadline date for the submittal is 12:00 pm CDT on 27 June 2025.
A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
