Notice of Intent to Single-Source - JTC, Inc. - Gallup Indian Medical Center

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Gallup Indian Medical Center in Gallup, New Mexico, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to JTC, Inc. to provide Sherwin Williams Sani Glaze painting services for the Facility Management department. Services must be completed within 30 days after the Date of Award.

The award will be a sole source procurement awarded to JTC, Inc. Per FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), for purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available based on certification and brand-name justification.

Submissions must be received by 10:00 a.m. MT on Tuesday, November 26, 2024.

Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents regarding any information submitted. Oral communication is not acceptable in response to this notice.

A determination by the Government not to compete with the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
