Clean Water Services (District) intends to renew Veeam Backup for District’s Microsoft 365 accounts, through an interstate cooperative procurement conducted by the National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (NCPA) now known as OMNIA Partners. The District is a member of NCPA’s cooperative purchasing program. This notice is given according to ORS 279A.220.
NCPA issued Request for Proposal Solicitation No. 14-23 requesting competitive responses for Advanced Technology Solutions Aggregator and awarded a contract to TD SYNNEX Corporation (TD SYNNEX). District will purchase Veeam M365 Renewal from Trace3 LLC, a local authorized dealer for TD SYNNEX, for the sum of $52,592.40.
Prospective vendors can comment on District's intent to purchase from TD SYNNEX through this Interstate Cooperative Procurement by submitting written comments to Kris Duffe, Procurement Specialist at DuffeK@cleanwaterservices.org no later than August 5, 2025.
