Notice Of Intent To Purchase Through Interstate Cooperative Procurement Juniper Mist equipment and Juniper Mist subscriptions.

Clean Water Services (District) intends to purchase network equipment to replace existing end-of-life network assets through a permissive cooperative procurement conducted by the National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) and made available to ORCPP members through State of Oregon Price Agreement No. 1606. District is a member of NASPO’s and ORCPP’s cooperative purchasing programs. This notice is given according to ORS 279A.215.
NASPO issued Request for Proposal Solicitation No. SK18001 requested competitive responses for Data Communications Products and Services and awarded a contract to Juniper Networks, (US) Inc. (Juniper). District will purchase Juniper Mist network equipment to equipment to replace existing end-of-life network assets, 3 years of Juniper Mist Edge Subscriptions and 5 years of Juniper Mist Standard Access IoT Assurance Subscriptions from Structured Communications Systems, Inc., a local authorized dealer for Juniper, for $109,400.88. District’s cumulative purchases under the Juniper contract will exceed $250,000 with this purchase.
Prospective vendors can comment on District's intent to purchase from Juniper through this Permissive Cooperative Procurement by submitting written comments to Kris Duffe, Procurement Specialist, at 2550 SW Hillsboro Highway, Hillsboro, Oregon 97123 no later than July 20, 2026.
