(Tymco), the Sweeper manufacturer, through an interstate cooperative procurement conducted by the Houston-Galveston Area Council Cooperative Purchasing Program (HGAC). The District is a member of HGAC’s cooperative purchasing program. This notice is given according to ORS 279A.220.
