Notice of Intent to Purchase Through an Interstate Cooperative Procurement - VWR International LLC Annual Service Contract

Clean Water Services (District) intends to purchase an annual service contract for laboratory equipment, through an interstate cooperative procurement conducted by the National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO). The District is a member of NASPO’s cooperative purchasing program. This notice is given according to ORS 279A.220.

The State of Idaho, in partnership with NASPO, issued a Request for Proposal Solicitation RFP20232032 requesting competitive responses for Laboratory Equipment and Supplies and awarded a contract to VWR International, LLC (VWR). District will purchase the annual service contract from VWR, for the sum of $1,189.32.

Prospective vendors can comment on District's intent to purchase from VWR through this Interstate Cooperative Procurement by submitting written comments to Christina Gangle, Procurement Supervisor at ganglec@cleanwaterservices.org no later than August 26, 2025.
