NOTICE OF INTENT
TOWNSHIP OF MAHWAH
The Township of Mahwah intends to award a contract under a National Cooperative Purchasing
Agreement, Houston Galveston Area Council's Cooperative Purchasing Program, HGAC-BUY. The
Township of Mahwah, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 52:34- 6.2 (b) (3) is authorized to utilize an alternative
procurement method and Township of Mahwah Resolution #044-26 dated January 5, 2026
authorized membership to the National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement Houston Galveston
Area Council's Cooperative Purchasing Program, HGAC-BUY, for the period of January 1, 2026
through December 31, 2026.
The Township of Mahwah intends to purchase one custom Ferrara Inferno Aerial Fire Apparatus
product code HD107RML-2023 using HGAC-BUY contract #FS12-23 entitled Fire Apparatus and
Related Vehicles. It is the intent of the Township of Mahwah to make a contract award to FF1
Apparatus, LLC, 34 Wilson Drive, Sparta, NJ 07871.
