NOTICE OF INTENT TO PURCHASE THROUGH INTERSTATE COOPERATIVE PROCUREMENT

Clean Water Services (District) intends to purchase temporary staffing assistance from Robert Half International, Inc. (Robert Half), through an interstate cooperative procurement conducted by the Houston-Galveston Area Council Governments Cooperative Purchasing Program (HGAC). The District is a member of HGAC’s cooperative purchasing program. This notice is given according to ORS 279A.220.

HGAC issued Invitation No. TS06-21 requesting competitive proposals for temporary staffing services for a variety of occupations and awarded a contract to Robert Half. District will purchase temporary staffing services for one Legal Assistant position from Robert Half under a six-month contract with an estimated cost that will not exceed $59,238.40.

Prospective contractors can comment on District's intent to purchase from Robert Half through this Interstate Cooperative Procurement by submitting written comments to Christina Gangle, Procurement Supervisor at ganglec@cleanwaterservices.org no later than October 31, 2024.
