Notice of Intent to Purchase additional M365 Copilot Subscriptions, M365 E3 Unified Existing Customer Subscriptions, GitHub Enterprise Subscriptions, and Visual Studio Subscriptions through an interstate cooperative procurement conducted by NASPO.

Clean Water Services (District) intends to purchase additional M365 Copilot Subscriptions, M365 E3 Unified Existing Customer Subscriptions, GitHub Enterprise Subscriptions, and Visual Studio Subscriptions through an interstate cooperative procurement conducted by the National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO). The District is a member of NASPO’s cooperative purchasing program. This notice is given according to ORS 279A.220.
The State of Utah, Division of Purchasing, in partnership with NASPO, issued a Request for Proposal Solicitation CH16012 requesting competitive responses for Cloud Solutions and awarded a contract to SHI International Corporation (SHI). District will purchase these additional subscriptions from SHI, for the sum of $26,495.75.
Prospective vendors can comment on District's intent to purchase from SHI through this Interstate Cooperative Procurement by submitting written comments to Kris Duffe, Procurement Specialist at DuffeK@cleanwaterservices.org no later than August 14, 2025.
