Notice of Intent to Purchase additional Dell PowerEdge R450 Servers and Workstation Subscription Licenses, through interstate cooperative procurement, conducted by NCPA

Clean Water Services (District) intends to purchase additional Dell PowerEdge R450 Servers and Workstation Subscription Licenses to add additional infrastructure, through an interstate cooperative procurement conducted by the National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (NCPA). The District is a member of NCPA’s cooperative purchasing program. This notice is given according to ORS 279A.220. NCPA issued Request for Proposal Solicitation No. 12-22 requesting competitive responses for Systems and Information Management Software and awarded a contract to EC America. District will purchase additional Dell PowerEdge R450 Servers to add additional infrastructure and 60-months of Workstation Subscription Licenses from IVOXY Consulting Inc., a local authorized dealer for EC America, for the sum of $30,508.50. Prospective vendors can comment on District's intent to purchase from EC America through this Interstate Cooperative Procurement by submitting written comments to Kris Duffe, Procurement Specialist at DuffeK@cleanwaterservices.org no later than Feburary 14, 2025.
