U.S. GOVERNMENT



General Services Administration (GSA) intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the Transportation Security Administration that is expiring in LUBBOCK, TEXAS at LUBBOCK INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.



The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 2,581 ANSI/BOMA office areas and 0 parking spaces. The space must be located on airport property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.
