Notice of Intent to Lease Property

The City of Robinson, Texas (hereinafter “City”) owns certain real property identified as the following two tracts of land:

1. Being approximately 118.718 acres of land located in the C. O’Campo Survey in McLennan County, Texas, being that same land conveyed by Warranty Deed to Doye Baker by deed recorded under Clerk’s Document No. 2002045423 of the Official Public Records of McLennan County, Texas and later deeded to Doye Ratliff Baker, Jr. by Warranty Deed recorded under Clerk’s Document No. 2015040570 of the Official Public Records of McLennan County, Texas.  (hereinafter “Property”).  The Property is located at the intersection of North Stovall Road and Crow Creek Drive, Robinson, Texas.

2. Being approximately 100 acres out of all that tract of land in McLennan County, Texas and out of the Carlos O’Campo Grant, A-32, and being a part of that called 314.11 acres of land described in a deed to the City of Robinson, McLennan County, Texas as recorded in Volume 1707, Page 627 of the Deed Records of McLennan County Texas.   The Property is located at 930 East Tinsley Road, Waco, Texas.

The City of Robinson is seeking proposals from persons interested in leasing the land only for agricultural uses. The term of the lease will be one (1) year with the opportunity for up to three (3) one (1) year renewals. Interested persons must submit a sealed proposal to the city on or before 12:00 p.m. (Noon) on Wednesday, May 21 ^st , 2025.  Proposals must be sent to:

The proposal must identify the proposer and must state the amount of annual rent the proposer offers to pay to rent the Property.

At a meeting of the City Council to be held at 6:30 p.m. on June 3 ^rd ,2025 at the Robinson City Hall where any proposals received will be reviewed.  The selected proposer must sign the lease form required by the City. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
