NOTICE OF INTENT TO CONTRACT WITH A SINGLE SOURCE: The Federal Aviation Administration intends to award a single source contract to Harrison Energy Partners

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center proposes to procure and install a Dalkin Water Chiller. The acquisition will utilize single source procedures as Harrison Energy Partners is the only known source capable of meeting the FAA’s specific needs and requirements for a chiller.

In accordance with the FAA Acquisition Management System, AMS 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform the industry of the basis of the FAA's decision to contract with a selected source when it is determined to be in the best interest of the FAA.

This announcement is for informational purposes only and not a Solicitation/Request for Proposal. This requirement will be awarded to Harrison Energy Partners and is not available for full and open competition.
