TOWNSHIP OF BRICK

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD CONTRACT UNDER

A NATIONAL COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT

Notice is hereby given that the Township of Brick, County of Ocean and State of New Jersey,

intends to participate in the Cooperative Purchasing Program of OMNIA Partners National

Cooperative, Contract #24-6833 for Human Resource Systems and Related Products and Services.

The term of this contract is July 14, 2025 through July 13, 2029.

Information regarding the contract may be found in the Office of Purchasing and Contracting, 401

Chambers Bridge Road, Brick, NJ 08723 during regular business hours, as well as on OMNIA

Partner’s website at: https://www.omniapartners.com/suppliers/ukg/public-sector/contract-

documents?hsCtaAttrib=162143267084#c17473.

The contract period shall commence upon the issuance of a purchase order.

It is the intent of the Township to make a contract award to Kronos Saashr, Inc., 900 Chlemsford

Street, Lowell, MA 01851 pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to OMNIA Partner’s

request for bids for Human Resource Systems and Related Products and Services on January 7,

2026.

The Township of Brick is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the

authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).

Opportunity to comment will begin upon the publication of this notice and end ten (10) calendar

days thereafter.
