Notice of Contract Action (NOCA)

Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Hanscom Air Force Base, MA Operational Contracting Division

1. This is a notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source contract to ADVANTOR SYSTEMS CORPORATION. The requirement to procure and install Advantor Closed-Circuit Television System with the most up to date model and installation kit with service and maintenance warranty for the new section. The camera system will be used to increase the surveillance capabilities for on-duty Security team enabling entry and exit checkpoints consisting of personnel and personnel items. Additionaly, the product will be used in emergency situations and in support of random bag screenings.

The proposed contract action is to procure the specific service for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.

Although “proposal” and “offeror” are used in this Presolicitation, your responses will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal. We anticipate a sole source procurement IAW 10 U.S.C. 2304.
