Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source - Rogue Fitness

The Alaska Army National Guard (AKARNG) Joint Forces Headquarters G4, in

conjunction with the USPFO Purchasing and Contracting Division, intends to award

a firm-fixed-price, sole source contract to Rogue Fitness unde the statutory

authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), Soliciting from a Single Source.

2. Justification & Technical Requirements:

Rogue Fitness is the manufacturer of the current fitness equipment utilized by the

AKARNG. The required gym equiment must satisfy the Army National Guard's

minimum needs for standardized physical training across Alaska armories,

including compatibility with the existing training layout, operational environment

and current equipment configuration.

This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals. A formal

solicitation will not be posted publicly. However, any responsible source who

believes they can meet the exat technical, requirements may submit a capability

statement via email no later that 25 August 2026.
