Notice of Intent to Award | RFP 18-807-26 | National Air Toxics Trends Station (NATTS) Sample Analysis

The State of Alaska, Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC), Division of Air Quality, is soliciting proposals for sample media preparation, recovery, analysis, reporting, and sampler certification for Alaska’s National Ambient Air Toxic Trends Station (NATTS).

Deadline for receipt of proposals: No later than 1:00 p.m. prevailing Alaska Daylight Time (AKDT) on Wednesday, October 29, 2025 , as indicated by email time stamp. Late proposals will not be considered.

The length of the contract: From the date of award, approximately the week of November 10, 2025, for seven (7) months until completion on June 30, 2026, with three (3) one-year renewal options to be executed at the State’s discretion.
